Native Photo Mode
When "Native Mode" is enabled in the app's photo settings, it means that the app is using the camera features of your device (just like when you use your device's own camera app). This makes it easy to take inspection photos in a way that feels familiar, while also increasing the quality/resolution of your photos.
Native Mode will give you the highest quality photo option for your device.
Native Mode Resolution = 4K Or 3840 x 2160
How to enable Native Mode:
After entering in the Reference or Unit Number, locate the "Record360" media tab:
Click the gear icon in the upper-right-corner:
Toggle Native Mode ON
Video Setting Resolutions:
Med - standard def - 480×640
High - standard HD - 720p
Very high - full HD - 1080p
NOTE** - Although forcing "medium" resolution can increase upload speed, it can cause the customer to not be able to zoom in or out on photos when viewing them from the dashboard. However, "High" resolution lets them. Screen size of the device may also affect the zooming in/out of photos from the dashboard.
