Inventory Uploader

Overview

Our Inventory Uploader uses a CSV email integration to add new assets to a company. This is an “automated” way to keep a customer’s asset list up-to-date. They can add new assets to the system and update existing ones with new information.

Features & Benefits

The primary use case for our Inventory Uploader is: putting data in the app.

  • Customers use our Inventory Uploader to create assets in Record360, so they have a current asset list directly in our system
  • They also use our Inventory Uploader to autocomplete asset information during in the inspection process (e.g. pre-fill the Serial No, Make, Model, Year on an asset, directly in a checklist)
  • More sophisticated customers have used the Inventory Uploader to pull customer / contract data into Digital Forms as well
