Driver's License Scanner Region Configuration

When completing a checklist on a workflow, Record360's Driver's License Scanner is a key tool that can speed up the process. With many regions available, the scanner is a very useful tool customers use. Here are the currently supported regions:

- United States

- Australia

- Canada

- Asia

- Europe

- Americas (Not US/Canada)

- Africa 

 

Sometimes, the region may need to be updated for this to work. Here are the steps to configure the Driver's License Scanner:

 

1. Launch the Record360 app on your iOS or Android Device.

2. While in a workflow that has the Driver's License Scanner Available, select TAP TO SCAN DRIVERS LICENSE.

 

3. Once this is selected, click on the gear icon toward the top-right corner of the screen to open the Driver's License Scanner configuration settings.

 

4. After this, select the License Region box to select a region.

 

After you have selected the region, select Done to save the settings.
