It's that time again... Record360 just released new functionality as part of our June 2019 product release. We included a number of enterprise-grade features to streamline workflows and improve how data moves through our system. Read on below for a summary of our enhancements.
Clear checklist fields for Update/Close transactions
You can clear out required fields between transaction types, so that you can collect the correct data at each point in time.
One-Time User Enhancements
Include a name when creating a One-Time User
You can now enter a First & Last Name when creating a One-Time User, so that you can save valuable time down the line.
View analytics for One-Time Users
You can now see One-Time Users in your Employee Usage Report, so you know whether they are adhering to your processes.
Data Mapping Improvements
Map data across workflows
You can now map data across workflows, not just within. This means you enter data only once at the beginning, and can then access it throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
Our system now “versions” workflows
We now save all changes to workflows. Your mobile device will detect which workflow “version” was used to Open a transaction, and use that same version to Update / Close the transaction.
