We are excited to announce Record360's April 2019 product release! This release is all about general enhancements and improvements. We’re always striving to reduce taps and ensure you have what you need, when you need it. Read on below for a summary of each new feature or enhancement.
“Show” your password on forced logout:
Upon forced logout, you can now tap “Show” to see your password, so that you have an easy way to see what you are typing.
Subscribe to reports, regardless of user type:
In the past, only managers could subscribe to reports. When this feature is enabled, all user types can subscribe to reports within their own location. This is critical if your users need access to reports, without full manager permissions.
Digital Form Updates
Save digital form signatures:
In the past, we cleared signatures on digital forms whenever data changed. When this feature is enabled, you can collect multiple signatures and make data changes, all without losing your signatures.
Export digital form data as a CSV:
You can now include digital form data as part of your CSV export, so that you have all necessary data to do further analysis outside Record360.
One-Time User Updates
Reuse one-time users across locations:
One-time users can now be added to multiple locations within a single company, so that you have more flexibility when adding them to the system.
Increase the transaction limit for one-time users:
You can now let your one-time users complete more than one transaction, so that they can complete the full inspection lifecycle (e.g. Checkout, Update, Close) or complete transactions for multiple assets on their route.
Show different checklists based on transaction type:
In the past, your users selected a workflow and were shown the same checklists or digital forms throughout. You can now present your users with different checklists or forms throughout the transaction lifecycle (“Open” → “Update” → “Close”). This is extremely useful if you have different users interacting with your workflow at various steps of the transaction.
