A single company can have many “regions” in Record360. Regions are simply a cluster of locations. Inspection data is accessible across regions (meaning everyone can see everything).
Regions are an optional feature. We recommend them for very large customers with hundreds of users, as they can offer another layer of organization.
If you choose to implement regions, we recommend you configure your regions (and subsequent locations) by geographic location.
