At this time, we do not support deleting a user. Instead, we encourage you to deactivate unnecessary users. When a user is deactivated, they are removed from your total user count and free up space for a new user.
If you would like to deactivate a user on your account, you can do so from our dashboard. Simply follow the steps below to get started.
How to deactivate users:
- Go to our dashboard
- Click User in the lefthand menu
- Click on the Login/Email of the user you would like to deactivate
- Click Edit at the top
- Uncheck the Active box at the top
- Scroll down and click Save
