Archived media

Record360 archives media from inspections that are older than 1 year.

What does this mean?

When an inspection is older than 1 year, we take all media from that inspection (photos, videos, signatures) and send it to long-term storage in our database. This does not affect the media in anyway - it is still cloud-secure and remains the same size and resolution as before. It simply means it will take a bit longer for you to access the media, if you need it in the future.

Why are you doing this?

Many of our customers do not frequently need media older than 1 year. We move older media to long-term storage to maintain speed and performance, and provide the best customer experience possible.

What does it mean for me?

If you ever need to access archived media, simply click the "Restore Media" button on the inspection page. Check back on the inspection after 12 hours to access your media as normal.
