Send a Support Log
1. Launch the Record360 app.
2. Click Settings gear in the upper right hand corner:
3. Select Send Support Log in the dropdown menu:
4. Add any information in the text box provided
5. Select Send in the upper right hand corner:
6. When the support log is sent, it creates a ticket for our support team. We will always review and reach back out to you as soon as possible.

1. Create a new email message
2. Send an email to support@record360.com regarding your question/issue. We will respond as soon as possible to assist with your needs.
